Judy passed peacefully, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, January 4th, at the age of 64 after a two year battle with cancer.
Judy was born May 13, 1957 in Robbinsdale, Minnesota to John and Ruth Knight. She attended St. Margaret Mary's Grade School and Robbinsdale High School before graduating from Minnesota School of Business with a degree in Fashion Merchandising.
On September 9, 1983, Judy married Tim Larson, and went on to raise three beautiful daughters - Tina (step daughter), Jena and Niki. When she wasn't busy being an amazing mother and step-mother to the girls, Judy put her energy and creativity into her work.
Judy and Tim have run their own business, JNT & Company (named after their daughters), for 27 years as well-respected wholesale clothing reps. Through each business venture, Judy became both a mentor and friend to many fellow reps and customers.
As Judy's sister would say, "if you aren't friends with Judy it's only because you haven't met her yet." Loyal friend, passiontate worker, caring sister, loving mother, wonderful wife - every role Judy took on in life, she did with purpose and dedication, never leaving anyone wondering how much she loved them. Her loss is felt greatly by the many lives she impacted. While nothing could replace her beautiful presence, her spirit & legacy will live on through all who loved her. A lifelong dancer and dedicated Jazzerciser, we know Judy is dancing her way through heaven, befriending every new face she meets and loving on those she's reuniting with.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ruth Knight; brother, Tim Knight; father in law, Spencer Larson; and brother-in-law, Phil Tullbane. She is survived by her husband, Tim; her three daughters, Tina (Mike) Braasch, Jena Larson, and Niki (Alex) DeConcini; four grandchildren, Mason and Spencer Braasch, JJ Edwards, and Owen DeConcini; her siblings, Micky (Bobbie) Knight, Mary Tullbane, Susan York, Terry (Liz) Knight, Colleen (Dan) Simcoe, and Kris (John) Elmore; brothers-in-law, Ted (Delma) Larson, Tommy Larson, Terry Larson, Todd Larson; mother-in-law, Carmen Larson, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held in May.
Although we greatly appreciate the gesture, we kindly ask that flowers are not sent to Tim as he is allergic. Memorials may be sent to donors choice.
