Arlon Lindner of Rogers, Minnesota went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on February 1, 2021.

Arlon was born on August 3, 1935 in Beaumont, Texas. He was a graduate of North Texas State University and also received a Master of Divinity Degree from Central Baptist Theological Seminary. He very much enjoyed the Bible and was a member of the Independent Baptist church of Ramsey, Minnesota.  He was a proud American patriot who served 8 years in the US Naval Air Reserves and 12 years in the Minnesota State Legislature as State Representative.

Arlon was a tall, handsome, soft-spoken man who never quite lost his Texas accent . He will be sadly missed by all who loved him and fondly remembered by all who knew him .

Arlon is survived by his wife Shirlee, his daughters Laura, Amy, Alison and Alayna, his sister Myrna Sutton of Fort Worth, Texas, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and his faithful German shepherd Alex.  He was p receded in d eath by his parents , John Archie and Myrtie Lind n e r and his brother John Leslie Lindner.

The funeral will be held at the Gearty-Delmore C hapel of P lymouth, 15800 37 th Ave. N. The service will be at 1:30 with visitation 12:30 on Monday, February 8 .

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Baptist International Evangelistic Ministries PO 707, Danville, Indiana 46122-0707
