Linda M. (Wilde) Shelton

Linda M. (Wilde) Shelton age 76 formerly of Stacy died on Sept. 7, 2022, at New Perspective residence in Minnetonka.

Linda Marie Wilde was born Aug. 23, 1946, in Minneapolis to Robert M. and Victoria Wilde.  She attended the Robbinsdale public schools, graduating from Robbinsdale High School in 1964.

O n February 6, 1969 she married Jim Shelton.  They later divorced.

She married Gary Dean Fey on Sept.12, 1997 in Brooklyn Center.  They resided in Brainerd and in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

She also did Bookkeeping for Gary’s business.  Later she owned and operated a cleaning service in partnership with her sister, Nancy.  Over the years, Linda adopted and cared for many cats and dogs.  She also enjoyed reading shopping and doing crossword puzzles.

She is survived by a sister, Nancy (Carl) Manson and a brother, Robert (Amy) Wilde, by seven nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Fey and by her parents.

Memorial service 3:00 PM, Saturday, October 22, 2022 at The Lutheran Church of the Master, 1200 69th  Avenue North, Brooklyn Center.  Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.  Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
