Age 96 of Golden Valley, passed away peacefully at home, August 24th surrounded by family.  Preceded in death by husband Stephen; great granddaughter Marjorie Scherer; parents Arthur J. & Magdalena (Klaers) Laurent; brothers Raymond, Harold and Gilbert Laurent; sisters Lorraine Laurent and Mildred VanBeusekom.  Survived by sons Steve, Craig (Jane), Joe (Joni), John (Mary Lou) Galzki; daughters Linda (Larry) Scherer, Sherry (Mike) Pfeiffer, Gail (Ron) Kranz & Lisa (Kevin) Ellis; 21 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; brothers Donald, Bob and Tony (Avis) Laurent; sisters Joanne Weidenbach, Margie (Richard) Jacobs and sisters-in-law Candy Laurent and Helen Moosmann; numerous nieces and nephews, good friends Phyllis Wurtz and Lola Nelson.  Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Wednesday, August 30th at the Church of St. Mary of the Lake, 105 No. Forestview Lane, Plymouth.  Visitation at church one hour before Mass.  Private interment St . Anne’s Cemetery, Hamel.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice.
