Veronica H. Commers, age 93 of Minneapolis, formerly Ham Lake, passed away June 25, 2021.
Preceded in death by husband John A. Commers; parents John and Hedwig Krokus; brother Raymond; sister Leona; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law Richard & Lorey Commers, Eugene & Jane Commers, Edward and Kay Commers.
Survived by niece Nancy (Jim) Schuld; great nieces Jennifer (John) Harrison, Laura (Nick) Peterson; great nephew Matthew (Erika) Schuld; and special nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Veronica was a 30 year volunteer at Catholic ElderCare, and a long-time member of Immaculate Conception Church. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, July 1 at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 4030 Jackson St. NE, Columbia Heights. (masks required for attendance) Visitation at church one hour before Mass. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Immaculate Conception parish or Catholic ElderCare.
