Age 77, of Plymouth Minnesota Passed away on February 11, 2025.

Steven is Survived by his Wife of 49 years, Kathleen; Daughters, Lindsey (Brett) Patterson and Kate (Brent) Courtney; Grandsons Charles and Andrew Patterson and Franklin, Carter, and William Courtney.

Steve was born in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of Minneapolis and spoke fondly of his memories growing up with the "Bryn Mawr Boys". After graduating in 1965 from West High School Steve enlisted in the Army and served during the Vietnam War in both Germany and Vietnam. Following the Army he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota. On December 27, 1975, Steve and Kathleen were married and together they raised their two girls. The proudest husband, father and grandpa, he found both purpose and joy in his family and especially loved spending time with his five grandsons. He will be deeply missed by those that were lucky enough to call him husband, dad and grandpa.

Steven is preceded in death by his Parents, Glen & Marcella Oliver and Brothers, Jeffrey & Scott Oliver.

A Visitation is to be held the night before the service, Thursday, March 20th from 4 to 7pm. Funeral service Friday, March 21,2025 at 1pm with visitation one hour prior located at Gearty Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Avenue North, Plymouth MN
