Steven Maurice Faust

Steve, age 57 of Plymouth MN., passed away August 16, 2016.  Steve is survived by loving wife Jayne (Gebhardt) Faust; son Mitchell Faust and daughter Haley Faust; his parents Maurice and Margaret Faust of Pierz, MN.; brothers Gregory Scott Faust (Susan), Keith David Faust (Janet), and James Anthony Faust;  parents-in-law Joseph and Marjorie Gebhardt of St. Cloud, MN, and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Joan (Dave) Schendel, Jim (Lois) Gebhardt, Sue (Mike) Carr, Tom (Karen) Gebhardt, Jeff (Debbie) Gebhardt, Julie (Ken) Ormsbee, Mary (Joe) Pekarna, & Joe (Erin) Gebhardt; nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; loving pets Rylee and Ruby.

Steve was born June 23, 1959 at Little Falls, MN.  He graduated from Pierz Healy High School, Pierz, MN, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree at St. Cloud State University.  He was a renowned distance runner at the collegiate level in Cross-Country and an All-American in Track.  He was employed with Kraft Foods for 32 years in sales and marketing where he had many friends amongst his co-workers and clients.  Steve was a strong family man, a gentle loving soul who was kind and compassionate.  He was beloved by his nieces and nephews and all of his family.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, August 22 11 AM at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 Cty Rd 24, Wayzata.

Visitation Sunday 5-8 PM with sharing of memories 7:30 PM at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N. @ Vicksburg Lane and Monday at church one hour before Mass.

Memorials preferred.

Memory sharing at 7:30 pm, Sunday. Visitation also 10 am AT CHURCH, Monday.
