Siri was born on December 21, 1989. She grew up in Northfield, MN, and spent summers in Grand Marais. She attended St. Olaf College where she met her husband, Charlie, and graduated in 2012. On June 25

2016, they were joyously married at a beautiful ceremony. From 2011 until her death, Siri was employed at Best Buy as a Lead of Corporate and Retail events. Siri passed away on June 9
th
2017 from complications due to cancer. Her death was peaceful and surrounded by family and her closest friends.
Siri is survived by her husband, Charlie Raskob; her parents, Marnie and Jim Thompson; her sister, Liv Thompson; her grandparents, Oz and Jean Anderson, along with an extended family of in-laws, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Siri was fiercely independent with a witty and dry sense of humor. Her diminutive stature could only hide her unparalleled spirit and perseverance for so long in everything that she did. Siri continued to live with grace and class after being diagnosed with cancer in 2012. During those five years the qualities that defined her continued to grow. The result was a young woman who defied the expectations of those around her every single day. She was relentless, loyal, and beautifully loving until her final hour.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Siri on Friday, June 16, at 11AM at Boe Memorial Chapel, St. Olaf College.
