As an artist, she created many paintings for others, including a wreath which graced the cover of Midwest Living magazine. On her wall was a personal note and a photo of the earth from space from astronaut Fred Haise of Apollo 13 fame. As a loving and giving person, she touched the lives of hundreds of people with her supportive words and gifts of food for those hurting and in need. In her final days she was teaching little neighbor girls how to paint and cook. As an organ donator, gave her final gifts to save lives.
