Rose Doherty

Rose Doherty (76) of St. Louis Park passed away Thursday May 30, 2024.  Rose was born in St. Peter, Minnesota on April 22, 1948 to James Doherty and Grace Reilly Doherty.

Rose attended Holy Family Grade School, St. Louis Park High School, and the University of Minnesota.   She spent her entire career in sales.   Rose enjoyed being an Ignation Associate for over the past decade.  Her engaging smile and laughter brought joy to everyone she met, as well as her flair for color, generosity and deep faith.

She is survived by sister Kathleen (Doherty) Kelley of Omaha, brother James (Colleen) Doherty, and many nieces and nephews.  Rose was preceded in death by her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday, June 10 at 11am, with a visitation one hour prior at St. Mary of the Lake Church, 105 Forestview Lane N., Plymouth, 55441.   Visitation on Sunday June 9 from 5-7pm at Gearty-Delmore, 3960 Wooddale Avenue S., St. Louis Park, 55416 with a prayer service at 6pm.
