Ronald Olson

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald James Olson, age 73, of New Hope, MN. He passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025, surrounded by his three loving children. Born on July 15, 1951, in Minneapolis, Ron was a devoted father and a proud grandfather.

He spent 17 years as an MTC bus driver and later pursued a career in property management as an HVAC technician after earning his certification from MCTC in 2005. Ron was a proud cat owner to his three cats Robbie, Dylan and DJ.

Ron was known for his quick wit, love of music, and ability to bring laughter to those around him.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Alyce; children Jessie, Leland, and Jared; and grandchildren Alexis, Dominic, Annabelle, Paisley, and Sienna.

Ron will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the joy he brought into our lives and the memories we will always cherish.
