Robert F. Sather

Sather, Robert F., age 86, of St. Louis Park. Survived by wife, Kathleen “Kitty”; children, Lynn Marie (Jonathan) Diamond, David and Thomas (Beth) Sather; daughter-in-law, Katy (Paul) Connors; grandchildren, Michael (In-Sook), Eli and Amy Diamond, Olivia and Daniel Sather, Emilyjohn Sather Connors and Sara Marie Connors, great grandchildren Joshua Diamond and Serena Spacek-Diamond; sister, Karen Kupper; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by son, John; parents, Clarence and Julia Sather. A native of Oakes, ND and a graduate of the University of ND, Bob worked for the Floor Division of the Armstrong Cork Co. and also for V. Mueller Surgical Instruments, a division of the American Hospital Supply Corp. and Baxter Health Care. He was an avid Lake Superior sailor, North Dakota duck hunter and enthusiastic traveler of Europe. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday January 5, 2019 11:30 AM at the Church of Christ the King, 5029 Zenith Ave. S, Mpls. Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation Friday Jan 4, 2019 5-8 PM with 7 PM prayer service, at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave. S, St. Louis Park, and visitation one hour before Mass at church. Memorials are preferred to STEP.
