Robert L. Anderson

Robert (Bob) Louis Anderson, aged 89, of Plymouth, MN passed away on January 3, 2024.

He is survived by his loving wife, Janet, of 66 years, 3 children; Leslie (Don), Loren (Karen) and Lynette (Dan), 4 grandchildren; Tyana (Cooper), Mandi (Adam), Jessica (Khalan), and Christopher (Krista), 5 great grandchildren; Alexis, Kyla, Ciara, Avery, and Evelynn, his brother, Carl and many other loving family members.

Bob grew up in Hibbing, MN to immigrant parents from Italy and Sweden. He served in the Army as a communications repair specialist. After his discharge he worked as an electrical engineer for Control Data and Network Systems. Bob enjoyed square dancing, woodworking, traveling, time at their cabin, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

The funeral will be a private ceremony with only close family members present. He will sadly be missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.

Bob will be buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery with Military Honors.
