Robert Anthony Huber

Of Oak Grove, longtime resident of Crystal. Born April 11, 1929 in Minneapolis to Rollin and Phoebe (Bedford) Huber. Passed away August 12, 2016 surrounded by family.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Elizabeth “Betty” (married on February 1, 1953); daughter, Jane Elizabeth; son-in-law, Merrick Weiss; brothers, Fran, Tom, Joe, Dan, and Bill; sister, Audrey (Art) Schmidt; brother-in-law, James Winter; and special friend, Coni O’Connor.

He is survived by daughter, Ann Weiss; son, John (Kathie) Huber; grandchildren, Merrick Weiss, Katherine (Joshua) McCaskey, Joe and Nick Huber; great grandchildren, Emma, Madalyne, Logan and Jaxson McCaskey; sisters-in-law, Neva Winter, Mary and Paula Huber; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bob proudly served his country in the Army, Air Force and Air Force Reserves and was a Korean War veteran. He worked for many years for the Pipefitters Local 539.

Entombment Gethsemane Mausoleum.

Memorials preferred to the Prostate Cancer Foundation or donor’s choice.

Visitation one hour prior to service.
