Richard "Dick" Shinn

Shinn, Richard E. “Dick”, age 89 of Roseville, originally from St. Louis Park, passed away Oct. 1, 2017.  Preceded in death by brothers, Robert and David.  Survived by wife of 32 years, Wendy; son, Mark (Michelle); daughter, Barbara (Marc); grandchildren, Peter, Dominic, and Matteo; step-son, Jeff Mosca; siblings, Jim (Charlotte), Ruth (Howard) Griswold, and Margaret (Kenneth) Richard; numerous nieces and nephews.  Dick was a 34 year employee of the City of St. Louis Park and a member of the North Star Barbershop Chorus.  He loved playing softball and was a lifelong bowler.

Service Wednesday (10/11) 11 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM at Union Congregational United Church of Christ, 3700 Alabama Ave. So., St. Louis Park.  Interment Ft. Snelling.
