Age 84, of Crystal, MN and Las Vegas, NV (after retirement), passed away on September 23, 2018. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna; parents and two younger brothers. Survived by daughters, Renee (Brent) and Roxy (Greg); grandchildren, Jenifer (Adam) and Jeffrey (Christa); and great grandchildren, Henry and Charlie.
Richard was a successful custom home builder/remodeler/land developer for over four decades. He built primarily in the west/northwest metro area. During his career, Richard worked hard to build a good life for his family.
Longtime member of the American Legion. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who did everything and anything he could for family and friends. He was an amazing man and we miss him tremendously.
A private internment service will be held for immediate family. Please join them at the Westphal American Legion Post 251 at 3600 France Avenue North, Robbinsdale from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 28 th to share memories and celebrate his life.
