Becky was a 1972 graduate of Valley High School in West Des Moines and received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University in 1976.
Becky had a 31 year career with Hammel, Green and Abrahamson Architects; during that time she was a principal and vice president, led the Corporate and Government Practice Group, was a member of HGA’s Board of Directors and served on its Strategic Planning Committee.

Becky’s corporate headquarters experience includes projects for Cargill Research, ConAgra Foods, Nestlé, Wilson Learning, Medtronic, McWhorter Technologies, Data Recognition, Ecolab and a number of confidential Fortune 100 Corporate Clients. She led design teams for numerous state and federal projects including restoration of the Minnesota State Capital, Minnesota Department of Revenue, Orville Freeman Building and Laboratory for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Department of Health, Leonard A. Ford Hall at Minnesota State University-Mankato, U of M Science Teaching and Student Services - Bruininks Building, and six Regional FBI Headquarter buildings nationwide.

Outside of work, Becky loved spending time with family, especially summer adventures up north at the lake cabin and winter ski trips to Vail, Colorado.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents, Judy and William Meehan, Lee Hansen; and step-brother, Peter Meehan.
Becky is loved and will be dearly missed by Ray, her husband of 36 years; daughter, Ann; son, David; brother and sister-in-law, Kirk and Julie Hansen; sister, Jane David-Foley; step-sister and brother-in-law, Meridith and Lee Nelson; the entire Greco family and many other loving relatives, friends and her HGA colleagues and clients.
