5, 1931 in Minneapolis to the late William Jacob Kangas and Mayme Julianna (Bukkila) Kangas. Phyllis was a lifelong member of Morgan Avenue Lutheran Church.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her brothers, Philip and Allan.
Phyllis is survived by several nephews
,
nieces, and cousins.
Memorial Service 2pm Saturday, September 19, 2020, Gearty-Delmore Chapel, Plymouth, MN.
Visitation precedes service at 1pm.
