Peter Jay Fisher

Peter Fisher of Golden Valley passed away peacefully with family by his side on May 31 at the age of 62.

Peter is survived by his wife, Margaret Fisher (Meyer); three daughters, Jennifer Kelley (Patrick), Christina Fisher and Patricia Fisher; granddaughter, Madeline; many in-laws, nieces, nephews and good friends.

Peter graduated from Grosse Pointe N High School in Michigan. He was known for his expertise within the culinary arts, enjoying years as regional and executive chef. Peter was a selfless loving family man who will be remembered by his love for fishing, gardening, music, and shooting pool.

He is preceded in death by mother, Joan P. Frederickson-Fisher; father, Stanley M. Fisher; and brother, Richard B. Fisher.

Visitation 5-8 PM Monday at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway. Memorial Mass 11 AM Tuesday at the Church of St. Margaret Mary, 2301 Zenith Ave. N.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Union Gospel Mission or donors choice.
