Paul Anthony Weber 61, of Minneapolis, MN died November 7, 2024 from a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He was born November 25, 1963 in Robbinsdale, MN. Paul was preceded in death by his parents Mary Lou and Virgil Weber. He is survived by his brothers Pat (Marti Morfitt), Ron (Carolyn), John (Shawn), Kevin (Michelle), and sister Maureen Grazzini (Greg), and 17 nieces and nephews.

Paul graduated from Benilde-St. Margaret's in 1981, where he was fondly known by his classmates as "Potsie." He was a student athlete that excelled in soccer and track and field. He served his country in the US Air Force. He earned associate degrees in Culinary Arts and Accounting. Paul had a tremendous work ethic that his employers recognized. He began his career in the restaurant industry where he worked as a chef and in purchasing. He joined G&K Linen Services as a route driver/sales representative and worked 20 years earning many awards. Paul had a big heart, easy going manner and everyone who knew him loved him. Paul dearly loved his family including his nieces and nephews.

He spent many vacations in Mexico and was fluent in Spanish. He loved sports and music. His favorite musicians included Bob Seger and Andrea Bocelli. Paul proudly achieved 35 years of sobriety.

A celebration of life will be held at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N, Plymouth, MN on April 11, 2025, 3-5 PM.
