Patricia E. Olson

Patricia E. Olson, 79, of Plymouth, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017.

Preceded in death by loving husband of 54 years, Richard T.

Patricia is survived by children, Rick and Bethanne (Michael) Scully; grandsons, Stephen and Spencer; sister, Barb (Dave) Hornig; nieces, nephews, and friends. Also preceded in death by sister-in-law, Delores (Max) Dodson.

Patricia (don’t call her Pat!) loved to bake and wasn’t afraid to use butter to replace water in a recipe. She was a talented seamstress, a welcoming hostess, and relished her role as a homemaker. But her greatest attribute was her ability to make friends with complete strangers. Many of these strangers became lifelong friends.

Patricia also worked alongside her husband at his accounting business and it was her warm and welcoming face that helped to ease the IRS angst.

Visitation at 10am. Luncheon to follow Mass. Interment at Fort Snelling.
