Preceded in death by husband Richard; brothers, Bob and John Hirsch and sister, Louise Storie, son-in-law, John Buehl, a great-grandson and a great-granddaughter.

Survived by children, Rose Murch, Hunter, ND, Bill (Deni) Elwood , The Villages, FL, Mike (Diane) Elwood , Crookston, MN, Larry (Sharon Ekern) Elwood , Elbow Lake, MN, Nancy (Terry DeMarais) Elwood , Monticello, MN, Liz (Roger) Thompson, Caledonia, ND, John (Sue) Elwood , Otsego, MN, Barb (Mark) Bredenberg, Crystal, MN, Mark (Chris) Elwood , Crystal, MN and Sandi (Dave) Nelson, Maple Grove, MN. She is also survived by 100+ grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
