Nancy E. (Laurent, Deering) Rassmussen

Nancy E. (Laurent, Deering) Rasmussen, passed away surrounded by her family, on the farm where she raised her eight children, on July 1, 2022 at the age of 89.

Survived by husband, Frank Rasmussen; her children, Lil (Mark) Hofflander, Sandra (Bob) Sorensen, Connie (Doug) Marsh, Karen (Craig) Fobes, Dale (Elisa) Laurent, Sally (Tim) Proels, Jon (Lisa) Laurent, Jennifer (Tom) Boudreau; Frank’s son, Roger Rasmussen; 29 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; sisters, Patricia (Stanley) Jorgenson and Sharon Ballis; brother, Edward (Charmaine) Deering; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  Preceded in death by her parents, Helga “Charlotte” and Edward Deering; sisters, Violet Castner, Colleen Roehl and Donna Deering.

Funeral service leaving Thursday,10:00 AM from Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Avenue North, Plymouth with Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Thursday, at the Church of St. Anne, 200 Hamel Rd., Hamel.  Interment Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.

Visitation 5:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday with a time of memory sharing at 7:00 PM and beginning at 9:00 AM Thursday at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, Plymouth.
