Michele Colette Jacobsen

Survived by nieces and nephews, Kathy Congdon, Michele J. Jacobsen, Pam Laqua, Theresa Ross, Steven Jacobsen, Mary Beth Randall, Connie Jacobsen, Timothy Jacobsen, Patricia Jacobsen and their families.

Preceded in death by parents, Jeanette and Marvin Jacobsen; brother, Ronald (Betty) Jacobsen and nephew, Christopher Jacobsen.

Michele worked for many years at the Kidney Transplant Clinic at HCMC, retiring in 2001.

Memorials are preferred to the Church of the Sacred Heart.
