Somers, Michael D., of Robbinsdale, born May 26, 1957. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother died suddenly on 11/1/18. Mike grew up in Bloomington and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1975. He is survived by wife, Polly; daughters, Margaret (Kevin) Somers-Higgins and Emma (Alex); granddaughter, River; mother, Judy; sisters; nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by father, Dennis. Mike the scrap man “Riz” always had a smile and loved a conversation. He will be missed by all who knew him. Mike had been proudly sober for over 9 years. Service Wednesday (11/7), 11 AM with visitation starting at 10 AM at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway.
