Michael was born in Minneapolis, MN the youngest of six children. He graduated from Roosevelt High School. He worked for many years through services provided by Rise North. He shared a home, Zion House, with his two special roommates Chad and Casey. Michael brought joy and happiness to everyone he met. His smile lit up a room and his infectious laugh made every day better. He had an extraordinary memory and told the best stories. He was a member of the 100-mile swimming club, he loved working out, bowling and Star Wars. He loved his family and he had a deep Catholic faith and love of God. We were the lucky ones to have had him for as long as we did. May the force that Michael brought to this earth be with us all.
