Michael J. Rasmussen (Mike)

age 59, of Crystal passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Dec. 1, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. Mike was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle. For now Mike leaves behind his wife, Betsy; daughters, Nicole and Kelley plus many relatives and friends who will someday join him in love and friendship again.  Mike loved being with his family and friends, tinkering in his garage, fishing when he could, and watching his favorite hockey team, the Wild. Thank you to Dr. Trottier and all the caregivers who helped him along his journey. Visitation will be held 4-7 pm Tuesday, December 6 at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway (763-537-4511)(www.gearty-delmore.com).  A celebration of his life will follow the visitation. Memorials preferred to donor’s charity or remembrance of choice.  Fish on!
