After retirement, Mike maintained a law practice, volunteered as an English as a second language teacher, and served on the board of directors for the East St. Paul Y for 15 years. For the past three years, Mike served on the board of directors for the Rein in Sarcoma Foundation. Mike was a lifelong learner and world traveler, with an emphasis on politics and history.
