Michael "Mike" Brian Danielsen, age 45 of Maple Grove, passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 20th, 2020 from a pulmonary embolism. Mike's passing was very unexpected and leaves us all in shock and sadness.
Mike is survived by his parents, Joan and Jack Danielsen; his twin brother, Todd and niece, Maya Danielsen; his beloved four legged companion, Tank. Mike is also survived by his aunts and uncle, cousins who meant so much, especially Vicki Hall-Danielsen and so many very special and lifelong friends.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Loretta and Alfred Segebart, Margaret and Cornelius Danielsen.
Mike graduated from Osseo Senior High in 1993 and from St. Cloud State University in 1998. Mike worked for Target for over 12 years before branching out into the HR world where he managed staffing resource centers and most recently was a work comp coordinator, a job he really loved.
Mike is being remembered by many as full of life. He was always the life of the party and was never afraid to speak the truth. Mike loved to listen to music and dance which is probably why Mike was asked to be in so many weddings. Mike was a true friend, always there for those who needed him, and always without judgment. Mike also really enjoyed traveling and for those who knew him the casinos, that was his happy place.
