Maureen (White) O'Connor

Maureen (White) O'Connor, 83, passed away peacefully at home on October 22, 2018.

She was born June 21st, 1935 in Milwaukee Wisconsin to Frank and Bernelle(Westfahl)White. Maureen graduated from St. Teresa's Academy and Avila college in Kansas City, Missouri and later received her teachers certificate from St. Catherines University in St.Paul, Minnesota. She met Denny, the love of her life, in High School and they were married June 8th, 1957.

Maureen and Denny moved to Minneapolis in 1966 where they raised their five children and were very active in the parish community of Most Holy Trinity. Maureen and Denny were also actively involved in Retrouvaille demonstrating their true commitment to love and marriage. Maureen touched many lives over 15 years as a Kindergarten teacher at Most Holy Trinity School. In their later years, Denny and Maureen moved to St. Therese and found a new sense of community and involvement. Faith and Family were the cornerstones of her life; watching her children and grandchildren grow was her greatest joy.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Frank and Bernelle White, the love of her life Dennis, her sister Colleen and Brother Pat.

Maureen is survived by her children Patty Kelley (Jim), Mary Bauer (Jeff), Michelle Lukkasson (Jerry), Kevin (Lori), Sean and "Adopted" Daughter Marie Radachovsky. Also survived by her seven grandchildren Jill Heath (Jason), Kristin Bauer (Emmett Potter), Jared Sarkis, Justin Sarkis, Ryan (Abbey), Kelly, and Liam. Great grandchildren Liliana, Isabella, Sydney, Lucas, and Maddison. Siblings Terry (Bonnie), Kathy (Tom) Hampton, Eileen (Joe) Werner, Kareen, and Sister in Law Linda. Maureen is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, and extended family and friends.
