Mary Elizabeth Schulz

Our loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend passed away on March 17, 2016, after a courageous three year battle with cancer. Her beautiful smile, laugh, positivity, and kindness will be missed. Mary was grateful for the love and support of her family and friends, and for the care she received from Minnesota Oncology, Abbott Northwestern, and Allina Hospice staff.

Survived by husband, Craig; children, Alyssa (Austin) Saatzer, Alexander and Angela; father, Gordon Petersen; siblings, Susan, Robert, Kathleen, Julie, Charles and David; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Her mother, Joan Petersen, passed away one day following Mary.

Private interment Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis.

Memorials are preferred to the MN Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA).

Visitation one hour before service at the church.
