Mary Jean Pinkelman

Mary Jean Pinkelman, age 76 of Plymouth, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Jan 20, 2022.

Mary Jean was born December 9, 1945 in Hartington, Nebraska and graduated from Cedar Catholic High School in 1963.  She raised her family in Minnesota where she also touched the lives of many young children, providing home daycare for over 30 years.

Preceded in death by parents, Martin and Cecelia Eickhoff and brother, James Eickhoff.

Survived by husband, Rodney; children, Teresa (Scott) Kohl of Wichita, KS, Suzanne Pinkelman of Twin Cities, Charleen (Matt) Scherer of Chicago, Christopher (Mia) Pinkelman of Twin Cities, Nicholas Pinkelman of Twin Cities; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Rollie Eickhoff, Norman Eickhoff, Sidney Eickhoff, Mark Eickhoff, Judy Pinkelman, Bill Eickhoff, David Eickhoff and Larry Eickhoff; other relatives and friends.

Memorial Mass 11 AM Friday, Jan 28 ^th with visitation at 10 AM at the Church of St. Bartholomew, 630 Wayzata Blvd. E. Wayzata.

Additional Memorial Mass 10:30 AM Saturday, June 18th at the Church of the Holy Trinity, 404 S. Broadway Ave., Hartington, NE. Interment St. Michael's Cemetery, Hartington.
