Mary Bernadette Huttner

Mary Bernadette Huttner (nee Hynes), age 88 of New Hope, passed away April 6.

Mary was proud to grow up in North Mpls. She had many fond memories of Ascension school, church and community. She was a graduate of St. Margaret’s Academy where she made many lifelong friends. She was a longtime employee of NSP working as an executive secretary.  She and Ed lived in New Hope for 52 years, creating many memories for their children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by husband, Edward; parents, Michael and Veronica “Verna” Hynes; sister, Lillian Rudloff (Chuck); brothers, Leo (Jean), Maurice (Winnie), Ed (Jane), Frank (Dolores), Elmer (Pat).

Survived by daughter, Paula Huttner; sons, Michael Huttner (Deb) and John Huttner (Jill); grandchildren, Taylor, Lindsey, Abigail and Miley; great grandsons, Brayden and Rylin; great granddaughter, Freya; numerous beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 am Thursday at St. Joseph Parish Center, 8701 36th Ave. N. Visitation Wednesday 5-8 PM at Gearty-Delmore Chapel of Plymouth, 15800 37th Ave. N. and 1 hour prior to Mass at church. Interment Fort Snelling.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Sharing and Caring Hands or Catholic Charities.
