Mary Virginia Driscoll

Mary Virginia Driscoll, age 98 of Plymouth, passed away on June 30, 2024.

Preceded in death by her husband, Richard; parents, Alice and Roy Hallman; siblings, Eileen Doran, Richard Hallman, James Hallman, Gerald Hallman and Robert Hallman.

Survived by children, James E. Driscoll and wife Kathy, Patricia Godfrey and her husband, Dr. Douglas Godfrey; grandchildren, Ryan (Ann) Godfrey, Alanna (Josh) Walsh, and Shawn Godfrey; great-grandchildren, Ty and Finn Godfrey, Ronan and Orin Walsh, and many nieces and nephews; and many friends.

She worked at Northern States Power and Star Tribune in the library. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching golf, cooking, baking, card games, saying her rosary, and being with her family and friends.

The family would like to thank Cornerstone Assisted Living and Abbott Northwestern Hospice for her excellent care during her last days.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM, Monday August 5 at St. Joseph Parish Center, 8701 36th Avenue North, New Hope.

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Visitation at 10 AM at the church.
