Marie passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 12, 2021.
Marie was born Marie Urtel in Warroad, MN on April 27, 1953 to Clarence and Rose Urtel. She graduated from Warroad High School and attended Minnesota School of Business in Minneapolis. She worked for Lutheran Brotherhood for many years as a secretary. She married Mark Tosteson January 31, 1976. They had one son, Randy, whom they raised and spent their life with in Minneapolis area. Marie loved Elvis, bears, playing bingo, and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by husband, Mark; parents, Clarence and Rose Urtel; and brother, Edward Urtel.
She is survived by son, Randy; sister, Mae (Neal) Johnson; brother-in-law, David (Monica) Tosteson; sister-in-law, Marion Urtel; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service Monday, September 20th at 1:00 PM at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway. Visitation one hour prior to service.
Memorials preferred to New Hope Church.
