Margaret (Marge) Larsen

Margaret Mae Larsen, age 92, passed away November 25, 2024.

Marge is survived by her daughter, Susan (John) Zenanko; loving grandchildren Jason (Chelsea) Zenanko, Jennifer (Chuck) Laitinen, Jana (George Carnahan) Zenanko; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Marge was reunited with daughter Cindy in 2012 who had been adopted out as an infant. Cindy and her son Lukas reside in Colorado. Marge is preceded in death by her daughter, Peggy Lynn Larsen and her brothers Art & Martin (Buzz) Theis.

Marge was born on February 21, 1932, in Minneapolis to Arthur and Margaret Theis. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1951. She built a career working for the City of Minneapolis for over 30 years.

Everyone who knew Marge knows she loved the color pink, anything kitties and Dancing with the Stars.

We will be wearing pink on Sunday, December 15th from 2-5 PM to celebrate Grammy's life at the Osseo Legion, 260 4th Avenue SE, Osseo, MN 55369 with a private family burial at Gethsemane Cemetery in New Hope, MN where she will be reunited with her daughter, Peggy Lynn.
