Loren and Sandra Wetterlind

Loren Richard Wetterlind, age 81, of Plymouth (formerly Ramsey) MN, went to be with the Lord in heaven on July 20, 2022. He died peacefully while surrounded by family.  He is dearly missed. We find comfort in knowing that he is reunited with the love of his life, Sandy. Loren loved being with his family and especially enjoyed the great-grandchildren when they came to visit. Loren had a generous and caring spirit. He was always willing to help fix something or lend a hand to others. He was a member of the sprinkler fitters local 417 for 62 years. He enjoyed watching the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, and Nascar. He enjoyed feeding the birds, working in the garage, and in his younger years racing. Survived by daughter, Robyn Roe (Mark); granddaughter, Brittany Whalen (Matt); grandson, Alex Roe; great-grandchildren Scarlett and Greyson Whalen; granddaughter, Rachel Wetterlind. Preceded in death by loving wife of 60 years, Sandy; son, Richard Wetterlind; grandson, Benjamin Roe; brother, Wayne Wetterlind; parents Frederick and Violet Wetterlind. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Saturday, September 10 at Gearty Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N. Visitation one hour prior to the service Saturday.

Sandra Jane Wetterlind, age 75, of Plymouth (formerly Ramsey) MN, went to her eternal home in heaven on May 6, 2022.  Sandy was tragically taken from her family, and she is so incredibly missed. She will be remembered for her grace, gentle spirit, and the love she had for her family. Her faith was a very important part of her life which was shown in her great wisdom and advice she gave to others. She enjoyed baking, reading, entertaining, and spending time with her loved ones. She was full of life, young at heart, and always there when you needed her. She was survived by her husband, Loren, of 60 years who passed away shortly after losing his beloved wife. Survived by daughter, Robyn Roe (Mark); granddaughter, Brittany Whalen (Matt); grandson, Alex Roe; great-grandchildren, Scarlett and Greyson Whalen; and granddaughter, Rachel Wetterlind. Preceded in death by son, Richard Wetterlind; grandson, Benjamin Roe; brother, Arnold Engstrom, and parents Marvin and Gladys Engstrom. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Saturday, September 10 at Gearty Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N.
