Leticia Yalung Opsahl

Leticia Yalung Opsahl, 76, of Omaha NE, passed away January 31, 2025.

Born in Tarlac City, Philippines, Leticia met Ron in 1969 in Angeles City, Philippines and they were married April 2, 1970 in Angeles City. She traveled to and lived at many Air Force bases through out the US and the South Pacific.  

Leticia and Ron settled in Omaha, Nebraska in 1990, and in 2021 they began the snow-bird life between Nisswa, MN and Bullhead City, AZ. 

She is survived by husband, Ron; brother, Dong Yalung; many nieces and nephews in the Philippines; brothers-in-law, Jerry (Pam) and Denny (JoAnn) and their families.  

Preceded in death by parents and three siblings.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM Monday, March 3 at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N (@ Vicksburg Lane) and again from 9:30 to 10:30 AM Tuesday, March 4.  Graveside services will follow at 11:30 AM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery Tuesday.
