Larry G. Nelson

Larry Gordon Nelson formerly of Plymouth, MN died February 28, 2017. Larry was born December 17, 1943 in Minneapolis, the son of Shirley and Earl Nelson. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. He worked several places including Creamettes, where he got the nickname “Noodles”. He belonged to the Golden Valley VFW and Chester Bird American Legion. He enjoyed gambling and loved his dog family. He is survived by brother, Rick and sister-in-law Sue. He was preceded in death by parents and aunts and uncles. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
