Kurt is survived by his son, Curtis; girlfriend of 23 years, Lisa Sanchez; mother, Ursula Clark; step-father, Jeff Clark; brothers, Eric, Stephan, Jhon, and Matt; uncle, Kurt (Sonia) Golz ; and many other family and friends.
Preceded in death by grandmother, Marjorie Clark.
Funeral service Tuesday, December 15th at Gearty Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N, Plymouth at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery, 16449 Bass Lake Road, Maple Grove
