Kathleen R. Struck
Kathleen R. Struck (Kapsner) of Plymouth, passed away August 10, 2018 at age 73. Kathy was born in Starbuck, MN, graduated from Princeton H.S. and the College of St. Benedict. Upon graduation she worked as a Med. Tech. at a Benedictine health center in the Bahamas for 2 years. She lived in Denver for 4 years where she met and married Richard and returned to MN in 1974 with their children. She will be remembered as a loving stay at home mother and entertaining friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Aletha Kapsner; brother, Charles Kapsner. She will be dearly missed by Richard, her husband of 48 years; daughter, Amy Struck Bakke (Neil); son, Jason (Kjersten); grandchildren, Emma, Greta, Mia, Eleanor, Thomas, and Sammy; brother, Adrian Kapsner (Jacqueline); sisters, Ardith Johnson and Margaret Kapsner; nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Wednesday, August 22 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 155 County Rd. 24 in Medina. Visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at church. Reception to follow at church. Private Interment. Memorials may be directed to J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice.
