On July 6th, six hours before her seventy-third birthday, Kathy passed into God’s glorious Kingdom!
Kathy was born in Chicago on July 7, 1944 to George and Evelyn Sayer. Kathy was the first born of fourteen children. A graduate of St. Margaret Academy in 1962, Kathy went on to receive a Cosmetology license and a EEG Technician degree, which she used while practicing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and New York.
Kathy had a real talent in ministering to the elderly and became a great patient advocate and care giver, particularly for her mother the last five years of Evelyn’s life.
Kathy had a life long love of horses. She was a wonderful cook and her friends and family will certainly miss the large plates of homemade cookies that she distributed every Christmas, along with her delicious homemade jams. Kathy made friends easily with her outgoing personality, unique laugh and love of God.
