Justin is survived by parents, Blane and Michelle Hammer; brothers, Ellis and Dane Hammer; grandmother, Karyn Cox; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by grandfather, Duane Cox; grandfather, Dr. Robert Hammer; grandmother, Marilyn Hammer; uncle, Steven Hammer. 

Mass of Christian Burial 2:00 PM Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 155 County Road 24 Medina, MN 55391. Visitation one hour prior to the start of Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners: IOCP Make a Donation.
