Survived by wife Jane; daughter Eileen (Paul) Nygard; son Matthew (Kate) Kadlec; step-children, Andrew Eccleston (fiancée Danyell) and Rebecca Eccleston; grandchildren Chris, Keegan, Josie, Madison, Paige, and Johnny; brothers Gary (fiancée Lisa), Dan (Mary), and David (Susie) Kadlec; sister Mary (Horst) Hoch.

John loved being in choirs, especially St. Al's and the Two Rivers Chorale.

Interment Gethsemane Cemetery in New Hope.

Memorials preferred to Two Rivers Chorale.

Visitation one hour prior to service.
