John J. Barthel

John J. Barthel, 60, of Brooklyn Park, went to be with the Lord after a courageous battle with cancer, peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2018.

John passionately enjoyed building, constructing and beautifying our cabin and the family cabin. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends. He was a 30+ year employee with Jobbers Warehouse, Mpls.

John is survived by loving wife of 28 years, Jenny; children, Joshua, Jessica and Jenna; parents, Ron and Judy; sister, Robin; brothers, David and Michael; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
