of Brooklyn Park, passed away December 30, 2017 at age 67.  Preceded in death by father, Chester Wozniak.  Survived by mother, Margaret Wozniak; sons, Andy (Kent Wolf), Chris (Robyn); grandsons, Nathan and William; brothers and sisters, Fr. Tim Wozniak, Tom (Kim) Wozniak, Veronica (Tom) Kennealy, Barb Wozniak, Mary Wozniak, Jean Wozniak, Joe (Mary) Wozniak; nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Saturday at The Church of St. Gerard, 9600 Regent Ave. N., Brooklyn Park.  Visitation 5-8 pm Friday at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave. S. and 1 hour prior to Mass at church.  Private Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery at a later date.  The family would like to thank the staff at Methodist Hospital especially for the care received at the Frauenshuh Cancer Center.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
