Jeff Chapman of New Hope, passed away May 14, 2017 at age 42.  Preceded in death by grandparents, Ray and Ann Chapman, Leonard and Margaret Carlson; Uncle Tom Survived by parents, Jim and Jean; sister, Jody Campbell and husband David; nieces and nephew, Cally, Brianna and Bryce Campbell; other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation also 1 hour prior to service on Friday. Interment St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery at a later date.
