Jeanne Marie O'Brien

Jeanne M. O’Brien, of Zimmerman formerly of Brooklyn Center, passed away August 19, 2018 at age 63.

For several years Jeanne worked as a receptionist for Park Nicollet which helped fulfill her passion for helping others. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially playing games.  She was witty, funny, and made her own rules. She never knew a stranger as she always started conversations with others wherever she went. She cared deeply for babies and animals, both of which always brought a smile to her face.

Preceded in death by parents, Carl and Imelda.  She is loved and will be dearly missed by Craig, her husband of 44 years; children, Christy Brace, Keith (Julie) O’Brien, Nicholas O’Brien and Heather O’Brien; grandchildren, Autumn and Samara Sandstrom, Katie and Dylan O’Brien and Sophia O’Brien; brother, Chuck (Linda) Robertson; sisters, Carol (Robb) Roberts, Diane Robertson, Nancy (Tom) Mullen and many other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Friday at the Church of St. Margaret Mary, 2301 Zenith Ave. N., Golden Valley.  Visitation 5-8 pm Thursday at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37 ^th Ave. N. and 1 hour prior to Mass at church.  Interment Sunset Memorial Park.
