Hubbard, Jeanne L., age 49 of Plymouth passed away 9/30/2019.
Survived by husband, Michael; son, Nicholas; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by father, Richard. Jeanne was an avid sports fan, baseball mom, flower gardener, crafter, and baker. She was the proud co-owner of Funsteps, Inc. Jeanne was able to fulfill her donation wish by being an eye donor with Lions Gift of Sight. Visitation on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 starting at 3:30 PM with a Lutheran memorial service at 4:30 PM in the Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37 th Ave. N. Memorials preferred to the Minnesota Twins Community Fund Fields for Kids or the Armstrong Falcons Baseball Booster Club.
