Jeanette "Jan" Arlene Aaserud

Jeanette “Jan” A. Aaserud, 88, of Robbinsdale, passed away on July 30 ^th .

She is survived by nieces and nephews, Cheryl Aaserud, David (Wendy) Aaserud, Steve Aaserud, Karen (Edward) Manor, Sharon (Richard) Bengen, Carla (Kevin) Cummings and Jim (Sara) Aaserud; many great and great-great nieces and nephews; lifelong good friend, Verdell Schleif, cousins and other friends.

Preceded in death by parents, Sophia and Magnus Aaserud; brothers, Melville (Lynn) and Arthur (Phyllis); nephew, Bruce Aaserud; 5 aunties and grandma, Selma Horn.

Jan was a 40-year employee at Honeywell, and through work became part of the Honeybells. With that group she enjoyed cards and bingo at senior centers, when she wasn’t enjoying time with her friends and family.

Memorial Service 11 AM Monday, August 9, 2021 at ELIM Lutheran, 3978 W Broadway, Robbinsdale with luncheon to follow. Visitation one hour prior to service at church.

Memorials preferred to St. Olaf Lutheran Church In NE Minneapolis.
